We have two different prices, per "Unit", per "Mastercase". If you want the most reasonable shopping, that is the Mastercase purchase. We're very happy to help your good business, so we're offering our "Mastercase" price as super lowest as we can. We make almost NO profit from the Mastercase business, actually. The discount rate is different item by item, so please look at the price for each item carefully.

Please don't worry. Even if some of your order resulted in "out of stock", you don't have to replace with other items just for the reason to fill this minimum 5000yen. "Minimum Amount" means your original order amount. We ship all your available items even less than 5000yen after all.

Please noted in advance: You basically can't add other items if you once finished ordering through our website.

Please process your order very carefully until submitting your order. Because after you finish ordering, you can't add other items. If you found other items you want to add, we will proceed them separately as your second shipment.

Only in the case when some of your order resulted in "out of stock", you can choose some other items instead as replace. Only in this case we bring all your orders together in one carton box. However if your orders are all okay in stock, we are very afraid we can't make re-arrangement even if your parcel hasn't been shipped yet.

This is to avoid a confusion for both of us and process the packaging of your parcel smoothly. Not your parcel's delivered to your door with wrong items or qty. It's no good for both of us if any misunderstanding happened for your shipment. Also we're setting our wholesale price very, very lowest possible, working in a very few crew member to save the cost. So arranging your shipment over and over means very big trouble for us. Thank you for your kind understanding.

W can't hold your "ready to ship "items at our store until your "pre-order"released to ship them together because of the storage problem etc.... We only can arrange your pre-order shipment parcel per parcel as separate shipping. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding.

- Order Cancelation

We basically can't accept any cancellation for your order / pre-order.

Only in the case all your orders resulted in "Out of Stock", you can cancel your order. But in any other case, for no reason, we can't accept your cancellation. So please proceed your order through our website very carefully. If we can't receive your payment or any reply over one week after we let you know your parcel is finished packaging and ready to ship along with the invoice for your shipment, we need to process your order as "Bad Cancellation" and charge a cancellation fee for all the product cost. If there's any problem about your payment process, please let us know soon. We can try to work on it to help if possible.

In the case if we still can't receive your reply any more, we may have to let you know as our final reminder to report your name as "Not Good Customer" to do a business to the big sources in our business field. Please noted: that data will be kept so long in the market and must be very disadvantage for you, so we don't want to do that for any customer. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding.

Usually takes 2-6 weeks (requires almost more than 10 to 20 days extra compared to EMS to reach your destination) Economy Air (SAL) is a method in which parcels, printed matter and small packets are air transported to the country of destination by using open space on airplanes. Less expensive than EMS and faster than surface mail. Longer delays may be possible depending on mail handling conditions in the country of destination. Therefore, the time of the delivery is quite unstable. Sometimes this delivery employ surface mail if no cargo space is unavailable on the air for the time being.(not available to Korea, and other restricted area)

If you would like to take other services, UPS, Fedex, DHL, and Your shipping company are also available. But only if you pay your shipping cost at your account. We only charge product cost (including payment transaction fee). After receiving your order, we will send you the invoice without shipping cost.

If your shipping company can come over to our store to pick up the goods, please let us know it along with the contact phone number (Japanese branch) in advance. We need to ask some inquiries to your shipping company just before arranging your shipment. For this extra process reason, we need to ask 500yen of "Handling Cost" as shipping handling fee. We basically can't make any special document like packing list. If you require, another 1000yen of special fee needed. Or we may can not use your shipping company.

- UPS-SCS(Supply Chain Solutions)

If you're a Wholesaler, and thinking to purchase a bulk order, we can offer a reasonable shipping: UPS SCS.

If your shipping is very large, like more than 20kg, you can save your shipping cost very much. We offer "UPS SCS" much more reasonable shipping than EMS. Please choose UPS SCS as your shipping option when you order.

Please note: For using UPS SCS, the shipping cost should be calculated by "Shipping Volume" of your parcel, Not "Shipping Weight". Because our automatical shipping cost calculation can't show by "Volume" weight, your shipping cost can't be shown as "Estimated" in our website. We will just re-calculate your shipping cost after we finished the packaging of your all parcels and let you know the new shipping cost.

Anyway, we will let you know what is the best reasonable shipping for your parcels before shipment. You can change your shipping option even after ordering and choose the best reasonable shipping method. from our good experience in packaging, we can suggest which shipping method is the best lowest for your shipment.

If your order is quite huge like shipping by container; (more than 40 big carton boxes or around two million yen purchase), we can arrange your shipment. But we don't have any shipping company, so you have to look for your shipping company at your side. Your shipping company have to come over to our store to pick up your goods, all the cost after our store's door should be paid at your side.

For extra process reason, we need to ask 2000yen of "Handling Cost" as handling fee. We basically can't make any special document like packing list. If you require, another 1000yen of special fee needed. Or we may can not use your shipping company.

If everything is okay, please let us know your shipping company's contact phone number (Japanese branch) in advance. We need to ask some inquiries to your shipping company just before arranging your shipment.

*Surface delivery by Post Office We don't deal with "surface delivery" for the reason below.
Delivery time is too long, 2 month to 3 months, sometimes 6 months. Frequency of Heavy Damage or Loss.

Only when received, if you ever found incorrect item or shortage to Shipped items, we will replace or refund your money once a determination has been made on the fact that it was caused by our error. Please consult with us by e-mail when you don't receive the goods.

1: Please check to make sure that the shipping address you sent to us is correct by checking the order confirmation notice that we send you after you place an order. (A simple typing error there can cause huge problems, of course)

2: Second please make sure that a family member or co-worker (if you have your order shipped to work) didn't receive your package and then simply forget to tell you about it.

3: Third you may wish to visit your local post office and see if your package isn't being held for you. Often packages are held for customs reasons, or because they won't fit in your mail box. In those cases, the mail carrier will leave a postcard informing you of this, but those sometimes go astray.

In the case of EMS shipping method
We want you to check the EMS tracking page to see where it is, and try asking your local post office with your tracking number to get a solution directly. That is much faster than contacting us.

If all of these steps fail to turn up your package, then please e-mail us and we'll work out a solution for you.

2: If your shipment are several parcels, the post office may deliver your parcels separately. Please ask your post office where your parcel is now by your tracking number. However, we regret that we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items on the way to transport. But, it seldom happens such as case, do not worry.

- Damaged Items
We don't ship your goods if there's any damage, dent or wet problem. So we can't accept any return or refund by the reason of damage.

Obviously, if it is on the way to transport. (Broken outer box by rough handling, or just fallen off the runner). You can try to ask Post-office or Shipping Company about that. You can be entitled to compensation from them. You do not need to have insured your package to receive this compensation. Exact procedures vary by country, but you should start by taking your order and the shipping box down to your local post office or Shipping Company, showing them the damage, and inquiring about the procedure for filing a damage claim.
